Philou - wheelchair training-

Let me introduce you my friend Philippe , member of this forum (as Philou) .

Phil started to train after he had an accident. He moves now with a wheelchair. The difficulty for him is to keep his balance because he can't feel his abs anymore and we are looking for all the exercicses he can do.

Phil would like to share with other people in the same situation.
If you know a guy or a girl training like him in your gym, please tell him to join the board

Hi RAPH, i have a spinal cord injury, is not so severe, like a other people than worse but, i train on a gym of a friend and i go well so to Philou, the pic it´s me with a walker, so do this cost me but it´s worth the fight!
