| Hi there, My name is Nico, 32 years old. I am from Lyon-France and I have been living in Tokyo for 6 years. I've worked as a trainer in different gyms here over the past 3 years and I set up my personal training business, NICO DOJO, last June. Everything is fine. I did my 2 first bodybuilding shows last year and plan to compete next year, one show in France and one show here in Japan. Nice to meet you all, and good luck to Raph in his coming shows.
