NPC Garden State Classic, 6-24-06

After serious consideration, I will begin my Prep for this show on Saturday. It will take place in Newark, NJ. on June 24th, 2006.

It's been 5 years since I last competed as I stated in my introduction thread and this will be my first NPC show. I've competed 6 times in Natural competitons as a Middleweight with 3rd as my highest placing.

I'm currently 5'9", 200lbs with about 12% BF.

I'll be 15 weeks out on Saturday, 3-11-06.

38 y/o, 5'9", 195lbs in these pic's.

I know I have long bones, a long torso, and lagging arms. I could continue to try and put on more mass, but don't know how many competitions I have left in me with my recent back injury.

Time to get peeled.
