I talked to Dennis yesterday and he is doing well. He is happy with his new sponsor NUTREX .
He will be at the FIBO in Essen but only as a visitor . If you are walking in the crowd and a shadow comes above you, no doubt the "huge" Wolf is just behind you Wink

Are you sure ? I know the Charlotte pro is cancelled but I didn't know about the Europa super show ? Neutral

There appear to be a lot of cancellations of IFBB pro events. Many were not even scheduled. What's strange is there are new shows appearing on their schedule.

The only events I am certain of at this point, based on my conversations with promoters and competitors, are:

IronMan Pro (February 17-18);
The Arnold Classic (March 3-4);
San Francisco Men's Pro Bodybuilding Championships (March 10-11); and
Shawn Ray Colorado Pro Classic (May 12-13).

The remaining events, I am reluctant to recommend. Either they are shows which have gone poorly in the past, or are new events with promoters who have run poor events prior. Even the Olympia has taken a nose dive, and there appears to be no hope for recovery. In 2005, the pre-judge was 2/3 empty. The finals were 1/3 empty. By far, the Arnold Classic has become the most popular event.

That's not a website maintained by the IFBB or the NPC. However, that doesn't really mean anything. That webmaster might have deleted the event when he heard it was dropped.

These are the two schedules maintained by the IFBB and the NPC. Unfortunately, they don't do such a good job of maintaining their schedules. If you want definite information about the Europa show, you'll have to email the promoter, Betty Pariso (bettypariso@aol.com)
