Hi,
I'm Equis 28 years old 188 cm 92-95 kg Rugby player
I 'am now part of the Vosgianbeast's Team. My fisrt goal is to be more powerful in order to be more efficient while pmlaying rugby. My second goal is to be bodybuilt to reach 100-105 body weight for 11-12% bodyfat.
I have started my partenership with Raph a week ago. I'll keep you updated on my progresses via this post .

We are no working on an endurance/volume cycle.

I am loosing weight but not my strenght...and not my muscle.
We are now working on a volume cycle.
I am really amazed, my diet is really simple to follow; I am not hungry and I am achieving part of my goals. Thanks coach
