Subject: 10 days in Philadelphia / from Sept 25th to October 5th Mon 24 Sep - 20:14
Voilà , prêt à partir demain matin pour Philadelphie. Mon billet pour la NOC était réservé donc je pars quand même et je vais profiter un peu des salles et de l'ambiance là-bas. Ce matin bien gonflé à 99kg à la salle avec une définition meilleure que les jours derniers. Je vais essayer de ne pas trop craquer sur la bouffe ... et profiter pour faire le tour de quelques salles. Outre le Rivers Gym de mon ami Doc Brown je serai principalement au FIT GYM http://www.fitinphilly.com/ acceuillis par mon pote Alassane qui est français et vit à Philly depuis de nombreuses années. Photos et vidéos bien sûr ...

super la salle mais les ischios encore plus.. je vois que ta machine ischios assis a le siège inlciné çà apporte quoi en plus , on sent mieux l'exo et le muscle ? car celui sur lequel je le fais en m'accorchant comme toi est horizontal..et c'est pas mal dur..

Le siége incliné justement je n'aime pas et c'est pr ça que je pencge en avant pour tirer encoe + sur les ischios. Qd t'es mort tu te relâche en arrière et là tu refais 10 reps. C'est bcp plus facile...

ça va oui mais pas tant que je le souhaitais car tout ne va jamais comme on veut ... Mon poids n'a pas trop varié ces dernières années mais la qualité est meilleure à chaque fois. Le tout est de bien planifier son année. Trop de gars ne progressent pas car ne se concentrent pas sur un objectif principal ou leurspoints faibles et à vouloir "se la raconter" toute l'année sur les salons ou autres événements se brûlent leur cartouches et restent au même point. Je suis bien à quelques semaines et jours des shows mais maintenant va falloir assurer le jour J ... Y a de la sacré concurrence à Oslo et à Salon de Provence et entrer le top 6 sera très difficile. J'éspères juste être au mieux possible et ne pas voiler. On verra ça Samedi !
